David and Monika Sahaida of Oakville announce the birth of their second child, Andrew David, 191⁄2 inches, 7 pounds, 8 ounces. He was born April 28 at St. Luke’s Medical Center.
Elder child is Isabel, 2.
Maternal grandparents are John and Laura Kump of St. Louis.
