Police and residents are searching around Lemay and Jefferson Barracks Park for a missing south county native who took a walk Friday morning and hasn’t returned.
Haven Liebmann, 20, was last seen leaving the 100 block of East Loretta Avenue in Lemay early Friday morning and said he was going for a walk, the St. Louis County Police Department posted on Twitter. He left at 4 a.m., according to a Facebook post by his mother, Karen Liebmann.
Anyone with information should call Detective Taylor at (636) 529-8210, police said.
Liebmann is an Eagle Scout and not returning home is “very out of character,” his mother posted. He is 6 feet, 2 inches tall, about 150 pounds, and has dark blond hair and brown eyes. He was likely wearing a long black trench coat and light gray tennis shoes when he went missing.
He was likely headed to Jefferson Barracks Park, where he often ran cross-country in high school, Karen Liebmann said.
“We are all very worried about him and need any information you might have,” she posted.
Police are searching for Liebmann and are in close contact with the family, she added.
