Rain didn’t stop South County from enjoying the 20th year of the JB Blast at Jefferson Barracks Park in 2019, featuring live music, an appearance from County Executive Sam Page and a fireworks show. That year, 6th District Councilman Ernie Trakas was in charge of the festivities, after the resignation of former County Executive Steve Stenger.
