Julianna M. Payne, daughter of Roger and Cindy Payne of Kearney, and Gabriel A. Frank, son of Bill and Denise Frank of Oakville, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Payne of Kearney graduated from Missouri Western State University and earned a bachelor of science in business administration in accounting and is employed by Walgreens of Kansas City as a department manager.
Her fiancé, Frank of Oakville, graduated from Northwest Missouri State University and earned an undergraduate degree in corporate recreation/wellness and a master’s in science in exercise prescription/testing and analysis. He is employed by Hy-Vee in Kansas City as an assistant manager.
The couple plan an April 25 wedding at Lee’s Summit United Methodist Church in Lee’s Summit.
