Rosemary C. Oppland (nee Boedeker), 93, died Jan. 29 at Nazareth Living Center. Oppland was born in St. Louis and worked as a homemaker. She is survived by Steve (Barb) Oppland, Mary (Alex) Bischoff, Jeanne (Tony) Beavers, Dan (Cindy Hawkins) Oppland and Diane Giorgi.
