Raymond J. Bush died on March 28, 2024.

He was born June 25, 1931.

He is survived by his beloved wife Sharon Bush (nee Boman); his children Raymond (Kim) Bush, Jr., Christine (Mark) Clauss, Katherine (Shawn) Cordon, James (Angel) Bush, Scott (Nancy) Trail, Doug (Sandy) Trail and Barbara (Craig) Lenhardt-Dexter and the late Sheri Trail; his grandchildren Jeremy, Jesse, Jordan, Rebecca, Daniel, Blake, Kylie, Andrea, Emily, Cory, Lexi, Brett, Dean, Lucas, Katie, Joshua, Stephanie and Jacob; and his 13 great-grandchildren. He was a dear brother, uncle, cousin and friend.

He was a star athlete, playing soccer for Our Lady of Sorrows and at CBC Military High School. He held the Missouri state pole vaulting record for decades and was an avid golfer with three “hole-in-ones”.

He loved spending time with the kids, coaching their teams and taking them on “sales calls” that the kids called “vacations”. He was a successful entrepreneur, a loving and devoted husband and father, and a friend to so many.

Funeral services and a procession will be held at Kutis-Affton, 10151 Gravois Road at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday, to Queen of All Satin Catholic Church, 6603 Christopher Drive, for 10 a.m. mass. Interment at Sunset Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Memorials to St. Louis Children’s Hospital or masses to Queen of All Saint Church preferred.
