Beloved husband of Lucille Schweiss (Flieg); dearest father of Carol (Robert) Emmett, Elaine (Dave) Kuhlman, Marietta (Douglas) Stiebler, Nancy Schweiss (John Darmody, friend), Vincent (Annette) Schweiss, Michael (Rebecca) Schweiss, Linette (Brian) Schaffer, Brian (Charrine) Schweiss, Denise (Stephen) Ballew and preceded in death by daughter Susan Witeka (wife of Steve Witeka); grandfather of 17 and great-grandfather of four. Visitation was held at Fey Funeral Home Tuesday, Nov. 19. Mass was held Wednesday, Nov. 20 at St. Francis of Assisi with interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Francis Vincent DePaul Society or American Heart Association.
