Kenneth R. Blackwell, 77, died Nov. 27. He was the beloved son of the late Lynn and Bettie Blackwell (nee Branning); dear brother of Vickie (Jim) Svaglic, Neta (Kevin) Schmidt and Guy Blackwell; uncle of Tara (Scott) Kelly, Clara Svaglic, Eric Blackwell and Misti (Kyle) Duffy; great-uncle of Andrew and Grant Kelly, James Svaglic and Quinton and Oriana Duffy and cousin of many. Kenneth enjoyed spending time watching the traffic pass by as well as doing puzzles and collecting toy cars. Visitation was Wednesday, Dec. 8 at 11 a.m. and he was buried at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery shortly after. Memorial donations can be given to Easterseals Midwest — St. Louis.
