Joanne Mae Marana (nee Poll) died July 28, 2024.
Beloved wife of Franklin Joseph Marana for almost 39 years; daughter of the late Elmer and Dorothy June Poll (nee Whitney); sister of the late Larry (the late Mary-nee Roedel) Poll; niece of the late Dan (the late Mae-nee Whitney) Maples; aunt of Tina Poll Stemmler (Chris) and Mary Poll Collins (Stan); great-aunt of Christina Stemmler, Andrew (Bri) Stemmler, Melanie Stemmler, and Eli Collins; great-great aunt to Riley Stemmler and Quinn Stemmler; cousin of many and a friend to all.
Joanne loved helping others, working in the medical field for many years. Always well put-together, she loved people in her own special way. She loved the Lord Jesus Christ and the church, and she loved singing show tunes and hymns about Jesus. She loved her family and enjoyed dogs.
Memorial donations may be given to Concord Church, 13775 Tesson Ferry Road, St. Louis, MO 63128.
