Burial Date: March 15, 2019. Janice Elaine Brander Kinnison (nee Steinhauser), 67, of Waterloo, Illinois, died March 6 in Waterloo. She was born Nov. 25, 1951, in St. Louis. She is survived by her husband, Don Kinnison; children Holly (Mike) Guehne; twins Paul (Kristin) Brander and Christine Brander; and Rebecca Brander; grandchildren Luke Guehne, Rylee, Aubree, and Reese Brander; father Wilbert Lou Steinhauser; sisters and brothers Lynn (Ed) Snyder, Lou (Judy) Steinhauser, John (Julie) Steinhauser and Laurie (Steve) Ohlendorf; sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; nieces; nephews; and cousins. Janice is preceded in death by her mother LaVerne Steinhauser (nee Pobis). She was a member of Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church in St. Louis, Bible Study Fellowship and the American Ceramics Society. As an expression of sympathy, the family prefers memorial contributions to the Ovarian Cancer Society or Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church. A memorial visitation will be held Friday, March 15, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Quernheim Funeral Home, 800 S. Market St., Waterloo, 62298. A visitation will be held at Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church, 6587 Telegraph Road, from 9 to 10:40 a.m. on Saturday, March 16, followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. at Good Shepherd. Pastor Bruce Clark will be officiating.
