Grace C. Kuehn (nee Cook), 96, died Feb. 28 at home in Arnold. She was born April 14, 1925, in East St. Louis to William F. and Catherine E. Cook. Grace married Roy Kuehn Aug. 9, 1945. Grace was well respected and loved by those she met. She taught how to make porcelain dolls and ceramics a her shop near the Bevo Mill in St. Louis. She and Roy were owners of Kiln Joys Ceramics and Deja Vu Dolls. She loved to draw, paint, sew, sing and play piano. She formerly lived on 16 acres in Salem, Missouri for 30 years. Survivors include her sister Marianne C. Lame of Arnold, Roy E. Kuehn Jr. of Goleta, California, Scott (Lisa) Kuehn of Santa Barbara, California, Chris (the late Dennis) Ballance of Fenton, Cindy (Mark) of Arnold; grandchildren Kaitlyn Kuehn, Jennifer (Jake) Null, Richard (Brandy) Ballance, Stephen (Anna) Ballance, Mark (Shelly) Minnella, David Minella and Michelle (Zack) Bridgewater; and great-grandchildren Cordelia and Jacob Null, Zachariah and Vivian Ballance, Jaiden, Kaylin and Violet Minnella and Carter, Cohen and Autumn Bridgewater.
