Frank W. Mullen, 87, died Jan. 13.

Beloved husband of 63 years to the late Donna M. Mullen (nee DeGreeff); dear father of Michael (Jennifer) and Dave (Donnette) Mullen; cherished grandfather of Ashley (Ryan) Osterhaus and Kaitlyn, Tyler and Marissa Mullen; great-grandfather of Raelynn Armbruster, Emma and Alec Osterhaus, and Jayden Webb. He was a dear uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend to many.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Kathleen Mullen, and grandson, Brandon Mullen.

Frank was a CPA for over 60 years, providing tax guidance and preparing countless tax returns for family and friends. He would never end a conversation without telling a joke. He was loved by everyone he met and is the true meaning of “one in a million.”

A celebration of life mass will be held for Frank at St. Catherine Laboure, 9740 Sappington Road, on Feb. 15 at 11 a.m.
