Elmer H. Juelfs, 87, went to his eternal rest on Feb. 4. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia, in 2018. Elmer leaves behind his four children and their spouses, nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. His funeral was held at Oak Hill Chapel in south St. Louis. Internment was at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
