Doris L. Thurman (nee Peroutka), 90, died March 9. She was born Oct. 12, 1931. Thurman held many positions while she was employed by Southwestern Bell Telephone. After retiring, she became a school bus driver for the Lindbergh School District. Beloved wife of Erven William Thurman for 61 years, who preceded her in passing Jan. 21, 2014. She was the mother of Deborah (Scott) Bronenkamp, Kathy Fernandez and Belinda (Ron) Grempler; grandmother of Shannon Turner, Phillip Turner, Heather Turner, Erven (Carolyn) Fernandez, Katie (Matt) Totra, Ryan Grempler, Brett (Alexandra) Grempler, and Kevin Grempler and great-grandmother of Marc, Zachary, Christian, Chaise, Mason, Adisyn, Nathan, Avery, Isaiah, Eliana, Asher and William.
