U.S. Veteran. Burial Date: January 27, 2020. Charlie Ray Holland, 71, of St. Louis, died Jan. 5 at home. He was born June 1, 1948 in Salem to Charlie and Mary Holland and married Kathleen Holland (nee Witeka) Jan. 14, 1972 in St. Louis. He is retired from Coinco, where he worked for 40 years. Charlie was preceded in death by his wife and parents. He is survived by daughter Nikki (Mike) Schwab of Imperial; daughter Julie (Jeremy) Day of Imperial; sister Debbie (Mike) Iscaacson of West Plains; brother Brian Holland; sister-in-law Karen (Tony) Gianino of St. Louis; sister-in-law Marie (Charlie) Vogelsang of St. Louis; grandchildren Andrew, Brady and Kaylee Schwab and Gabbi and Nolan Day of Imperial; nieces and nephews Tiffany Ursch (Matt), Todd Buddy (Christine) and Kim Lay (Dave) of St. Louis; and cousins John (Gretchen) Lovins and Trina Smallwood. A visitation will be held Saturday, Jan. 25 at 10 a.m. at St. Margaret Mary Alacoque, 4900 Ringer Road, followed by mass at 11 a.m. Burial will be Monday, Jan. 27 at 10 a.m. at Jefferson Barracks with full military honors.
