The Sunset Hills Board of Aldermen unanimously approved a conditional use permit Nov. 9 for operation of a new donut shop at 3751 S. Lindbergh Blvd.

The new store, called Donut Palace will share the building with a Jimmy John’s that moved in in 2019. Donut Palace is family owned and operated, serving hand-crafted, made fresh daily donuts and Kaldi’s coffee ground in house according to its Facebook page. The restaurant has another location in Ellisville.
