Tim and Katie Mulhall of Crestwood announce the birth of their first child, Lily Ann, 201⁄2 inches, 8 pounds, 4 ounces. She was born June 18 at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center.
Maternal grandparents are Al and Mary Jo Stoelb of Sheboygan, Wis.
Paternal grandparents are Carolyn and Martin Mulhall of St. Louis and Rockford, Ill.
