Juan and Erin Moreno of Fenton announce the birth of their second child, Layla, 191⁄4 inches, 7 pounds, 5 ounces. She was born Sept. 3 at St. Anthony’s Medical Center.
Elder child is Stella, 2.
Maternal grandparents are Christine Davis and Butch Davis of O’Fallon.
Paternal grandparents are Cynthia Moreno and Marco Moreno of Kansas City.
