Mehlville school board sets tax-rate hearing

Mehlville School District residents will have the opportunity today — Aug. 27 — to voice their opinions on the district’s proposed property-tax rates for 2009.

• Real estate — agricultural: $490,550.

• Real estate — commercial: $330,153,040.

• Personal property: $275,290,530.
