Mark and Amy Manning of St. Louis announce the birth of their second child, Kylee Brooke, 201⁄2 inches, 10 pounds. She was born May 25 at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center.
Elder child is Chase.
Maternal grandparents are Don and Pat Wohlschlaeger of St. Louis.
Paternal grandparents are Dominic and Joyce Manning of St. Louis.
