Man purchases $100,000 lottery ticket at Oakville U-Gas

A St. Louis man might have one of his best birthdays yet, thanks to uncovering a $100,000 prize on a Missouri Lottery Scratchers ticket two weeks before his 57th birthday.

Raymond Wenzelburger purchased the “Millionaire” Scratchers game at U-Gas, 6161 Telegraph Road, Oakville. He claimed his prize Dec. 9 at the lottery’s St. Louis office, according to a news release.

“Millionaire” is a $10 game with a top prize of $1 million. To date, two top prizes, and thousands of additional prizes ranging from $10 to $100,000, remain in play. Track all remaining Scratchers prizes at
