Lindbergh students looking to New Year’s ‘revolution’ with resolutions

Concord Elementary School fourth-grade students in the classes of Anne Gastreich and Becky Joy at Lindbergh Schools offer these New Year’s resolutions.

Robbie — My New Year’s resolutions are playing more lacrosse with my dad, to get better at math, to get better at pool, and to be nicer to my sister.

Lewie C. — In 2020, I want to strike out ten players in baseball.

Amila — My New Year’s Resolutions are doing more chores, be nicer to my older sister, be better in math for division, and help my mom and dad more. Also, getting better at the recorder, being more organized, especially in my room, and do more of my cat’s water and food.

Ainsley R. — In 2020, I want to make new friends.

Holden — My New Year’s Resolutions are that I will get more than 30 subscribers on YouTube. Be super nice to my brother. Get more than 2 wins on Fortnite. Get better at multiplication and division. Those are my New Year’s Resolutions!

Sarah H. — In 2020, I will help dogs and cats by giving to the shelter and helping them in lots of other ways!

Caden C. — My New Year’s Resolution is to play with my dogs more.

Ishan — For my resolutions I want to get 15 subscribers and 5 wins on Fortnite. Also, I want to deliver more on my YouTube channel.

Isabel — My New Year’s Resolutions are to practice my cello more so I can get better, to be nicer to my sister, to be more helpful around the house, learn how to cook a cheeseburger without adult supervision, and to run on my treadmill more often.

Natalie R. In 2020, I will try to do another sport, not just soccer.

Will — My New Year’s resolutions are to get better at basketball, get better at soccer, try to stop being mad at my brother, and get good at my Nintendo Switch.

Carson M. — In 2020, I will do one hundred laps around my house.

Annabelle — My first New Year’s Resolution is to do better at horseback riding. My second New Year’s Resolution is to take puppy Benny out for more walks, so then he won’t be really crazy in the morning. My third and last Resolution is to be nicer to my little sister, because my mom wants us to have a good relationship.

Nirmala G. — In 2020, I will make sure my room is always clean.

Adelyn — My New Year’s Resolutions are to help my mom around the house more, be nicer to my brother, eat more veggies and fruit, clean up my room more, and bake a little more.

Poppy — My New Year Resolution is to be a better sister to my sister, to do good in math like long division, to eat healthy, try to run for a longer distance without taking a break, to play with my guinea pig Barbra more often, and get better at the piano.

Gabby G. — In 2020, I will start practicing basketball every night for 20-40 minutes.

Trinity — My New Year’s Resolution is to eat healthier so I can be healthier. My second Resolution is to be nicer. (I have a bit of a temper). My third Resolution is to get more exercise. Last of all, I want to be able to play with my Guinea Pig more often.

Lilly H. — My New Year’s Resolution is to be nice to my sister. I want to eat healthy. And get my front handspring. And to do more things by myself without an adult.

Maci W. — In 2020, I will learn how to play chess.

Bennett — My New Year’s Revolution is going to work on baseball and soccer over the winter. And I am going to TRY to be nicer to my brother. And I want to learn how to do a double back flip and double front flip. And I want to work on my decimals.

Megan — My New Year’s Resolution is I want to be nicer to my brother because I can be very mean to him sometimes and I want to do better at math because I love math.

Lucas C. In 2020, I will learn the programming language Lua, Python, and Javascript.

Miles — My New Year’s Resolution I want to be better at hockey or make double A team in tennis and want to be nice to my sister.

Elijah — My New Year’s Resolution is to get better at hockey and get healthy. And run the 8k Thanksgiving RUN. And also help my mom.

Max — I want to improve my knowledge on snakes and learn a lot about where they live and if they are venomous or not. I also want to finish writing my book that me and my friend had started writing. And I will also try my best to do the best I can to get some good grades.

Aubrey — For my New Year’s resolution I want to get better at gymnastics. As well as horseback riding. I also want to get better and practice math facts in division. Also I want to try to be nicer to my brother.

Benjamin B. In 2020, I will learn how to whistle.

Fata — For my New Year’s Resolutions I want to get better at swimming and help my mom with chores like folding the laundry, and get better in math for math tests and anything that involves math, and the last thing is that I try not to argue with my friend.

Kate — I want to help my brother who has cancer. And practice more of my math facts. And be nicer to my sister.

Eligio — My New Year’s Resolution is to make it to state in wrestling and I have a good chance because I wrestle with older kids in 7th, 8th and 9th grades. I also want to be nicer to my younger sister because when I get mad and yell she will learn off me and start to yell, and I also want to be more healthy, and lastly I want to help my mom more and clean the house.

Charlie —My New Year’s Resolution is to get better at street hockey and basketball. Plus gaming and learn my math facts so I can play flag football and get an A+ on my report card so I can get Fortnite. I will help my mom around the house to get more allowance.  

Caleb —I want to get better at soccer, I want to do better on math tests, and do good on basketball.

Mili  My New Year’s Resolution is I want to be better at hockey. I want to get better at basketball. I want to get better at soccer.

Caden S. — I want to get better at soccer and read more.

Selina G. — In 2020, I will eat more healthy food.

Daris P. — In 2020, I will try my best to make the travel team in basketball, which is the better team on my AAU team 

Will C. — In 2020, I will try to read 5,000 minutes.

Caden G. — In 2020, I will try to get onto a soccer team.

Andrew B. — In 2020, I will try to save up to buy an xbox.

Anthony J. — In 2020 I want to do more running for stamina for our pacer tests in Physical Education.

Josephine M. — In 2020, I want to spend more time with family and play board games.

Brady P. — In 2020, I will do better in soccer

Luis M. — In 2020, I will do better in school, especially with math and social studies.

Caleb K. — In 2020, I will do better at wrestling!

Claire S. — In 2020, I will learn how to do a triple turn in dance.

Roman — In 2020 I will play with my friends a lot more.

Eleni S. — In 2020, I will try harder in swim so I can get first place at swim meets
