Tour five beautiful local homes decorated in fine holiday style, on Sunday, Dec. 6, at the Lindbergh High School Mothers Club 40th anniversary Holiday House Tour.
Participants will be able to enjoy a wonderful day touring five featured homes during a self-guided tour from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. You’ll also be able to shop for Christmas gifts at the Holiday Craft Boutique and grab a bite to eat from several food trucks from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Concord Elementary School, 10305 Concord School Road. The food trucks and craft boutique are open to the public.
One home featured on the tour offers the warmth of a lodge below snowcapped mountains. Stone fireplaces with rustic mantels in the hearth room and great room are inviting. Hand-hewn solid hickory and travertine floors are draped with beautiful rugs.
The entire first floor showcases canted ceilings, and the paint color of the Colorado sunset ties it all together. An oversized Christmas tree adorns the great room during the holidays.
Tickets for the house tour may be purchased online through Dec. 5 at
. Tickets may also be purchased from the following outlets: Crestwood Coin and Jewelers, 10021 Watson Road; Nicole Rae Boutique, 117 Concord Plaza; and the Lindbergh Schools Administration Office.
Proceeds from the Holiday House Tour and Craft Boutique benefit Lindbergh High School students and staff in the form of student scholarships, classroom and teacher grant requests and support for the Renaissance academic and character recognition program.
