Kiwanis Club honors Outstanding Students

The South County Kiwanis Club recently honored Maddie Popp of Oakville Middle School and Julie Howard of Hancock Place Middle School as its Outstanding Students of the Month. Maddie is the daughter of John and Melissa Popp, and Julie is the daughter of Beverly Howard and the late Butch Howard. The two were honored for their outstanding academic performance, community activities and the service and leadership they perform at their schools and in the community. Each received a certificate of recognition, a gift card to a local store and to the South Lindbergh Boulevard Dairy Queen.
