The county Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on a proposed subdivision on Suson Hills Drive next week.
The hearing will take place at 7 p.m. Monday, July 21, in the County Council chambers in the Administration Building, 41 S. Central Ave., Clayton.
McBride Suson LLC, represented by real-estate attorney John King, is proposing a subdivision of single-family attached residences on two lots at 5199 and 5182 Suson Hills Drive, approximately 1,450 feet east of Tesson Ferry Road.
The company is requesting a planned environment unit, or PEU, in an R-6A Residence District for the project, which would be 13.32 acres total on both the north and south sides of Suson Hills Drive.
The county Department of Planning is also requesting reversion of a previous PEU for the site that has expired.
