Ashley Hammel of Oakville and Tracy Kelley of Affton announce the birth of their first child, Lilyanne Jane, 20½ inches, 7 pounds, 11 ounces.
She was born Feb. 5 at Mercy Hospital St. Louis.
Maternal grandparents are Scott and Kathy Hammel of Oakville.
Paternal grandparents are Robin Kelley of Affton and Tracy Kelley Sr. of Gerald.
