Green Park Road under Interstate 55 is currently closed, and is expected to remain closed through Oct. 23.
Crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation closed Green Park Road under the I-55 bridge on Oct. 2 to work on the bridge over the roadway.
From now until fall 2024, crews may have to occasionally close Green Park Road under the interstate bridge as MoDOT continues rehabilitation tasks that may pose a safety hazard to travelers on Green Park Road.
MoDOT will announce those closures as they are determined.
While Green Park Road is closed, trucks leaving the industrial park on the west side of the interstate can detour using Green Park Road, Route 21 and Lindbergh Boulevard. Cars can use Mueller Road, Lindbergh and Union Road to detour around the closure.
