Robert and Laura Giammanco of Festus announce the birth of their second child, Dominic Robert, 20 inches, 7 pounds, 12 ounces. He was born June 17 at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center.
Elder child is Olivia, 2.
Maternal grandparents are Tom and Tari Bartz of Oakville.
Paternal grandparents are Gerry and Maureen Giammanco of Hillsboro.
