A woman who was struck by a Mehlville school bus March 13 succumbed to her injuries weeks later on March 30.

The deceased was identified as Sarah Oberlohr, 48, of Florissant.

According to St. Louis County police, officers from the South County Precinct responded to a call for service March 13 for an adult woman who was struck by a bus near Telegraph and Forder roads. She was transported to an area hospital for treatment of what was believed to be non-life-threatening injuries at the time.

A preliminary investigation found that the school bus was eastbound on Forder, turning south onto Telegraph, and did not see the woman crossing Telegraph Road. The driver remained on the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
