Mark and Angela Downs of St. Louis announce the birth of their second child, Sam Andrew Downs, 20 3/4 inches, 7 pounds, 8 ounces. He was born Feb. 14 at Barnes Hospital.
Elder child is Max, 2.
Maternal grandparents are Rich and Maryann Gerbin of Oakville.
Paternal grandparents are Jerry and Linda Downs of Overland.
