Don and Mary Ann Johnson celebrated 50 years of marriage Aug. 24.
A reception was held in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
Don and the former Mary Ann Halter were married at St. Denis Catholic Church in Benton, Missouri on Aug. 24, 1973.
They have two children and two grandchildren.
