The Crestwood Board of Aldermen has continued moving forward with the development of both a Valvoline Instant Oil Change and a Dutch Bros drive-thru coffee shop. Resolutions were passed for both developments at the board’s June 23 meeting, approving the finding of fact and conclusions of law for conditional use permits.

Both Valvoline and Dutch Bros had conditional use permits approved at the Board of Aldermen’s May 26 meeting. The Valvoline is slated to sit at 9222 Watson Road, while Dutch Bros is slated to sit at 9838 Watson Road.

The Valvoline property is located on a “previously undeveloped front parcel” of the Crestview Plaza shopping center. The front part of the parcel is currently being used as an overflow parking lot for Crestview Plaza.

The Dutch Bros at 9838 Watson Road is set to be on the eastern half of a lot split. There will be two drive-thru lanes and a walk-up window to place orders; there is no place for indoor dining.
