Leslie McDowell, daughter of David and Carol McDowell of Charleston, and Scott Hingle, son of Ed and Sharon Hingle of Oakville, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
McDowell of St. Louis is a graduate of Charleston High School and Southeast Missouri State University and is employed by Express Scripts of St. Louis as a financial analyst.
Her fiancé, Hingle, is a graduate of Vianney High School and Southeast Missouri State University and is employed by Christian Brothers College High School of St. Louis as a business teacher.
The couple plan a Dec. 6 wedding at the United Methodist Church in Charleston.
