Jon and Libby Brunts of St. Louis announce the birth of their first and second children, twins Clara Harper and Noelle Elizabeth, born Feb. 26 at SSM St. Clare Health Center in Fenton. Clara was 18¾ inches and weighed 6 pounds, 1 ounce. Noelle was 20½ inches and weighed 7 pounds.
Maternal grandparents are Bob and Holly Bishop of Montgomery City.
Paternal grandparents are Wayne and Diane Brunts of Oakville.
