Mike and Gina Brad-ford of St. Louis an-nounce the birth of their second child, Mi-chael Eugene “JJ,” 201⁄2 inches, 8 pounds, 13 ounces. He was born Dec. 14 at St. Anthony’s Medical Center.
Elder child is Emma, 4.
Maternal grandparents are Bob and Angie Ware of High Ridge.
Paternal grandparents are Michael Bradford of St. Louis and the late Mary Allen.
