Patricia Lee McDermott, daughter of John and Lenora Gerber and the late Matthew M. McDermott of St. Louis, and Michael Duane Grimsley, son of Jennie and the late W. Duane Grimsley of Vandalia, Ill., announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
McDermott of St. Louis is a graduate of Lindbergh High School and is employed by Enterprise Rent-A-Car of St. Louis as an executive assistant.
Her fiance, Grimsley, is a graduate of Quincy College and is employed by Enterprise Performance Systems of Chesterfield as vice president of development.
The couple plan an April 16 wedding at Assumption Church in St. Louis.
