Andrew and Sarah Allman of Manhattan, Kan., announce the birth of their second child, Henry Kenneth, 21 inches, 7 pounds, 11 ounces. He was born June 22 at Irwin Army Community Hospital in Fort Riley, Kan.
Elder child is Ava Louise.
Maternal grandparents are Leo and Kathy Schwartz of St. Louis.
Paternal grandparents are Don and Mary Anne Allman of Fairfax Station, Va.
