The second annual Connections Summit – a community event open to families, staff and residents of the Affton, Bayless, Hancock Place and Mehlville School districts – will be held Saturday, March 29 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Hancock Elementary School, 9101 South Broadway.
The event will feature resource tables with information on financial literacy, parenting strategies, social-emotional well-being, substance abuse prevention and more, educational presentations on key topics for families, a job fair to connect with local employers offering career opportunities and job resources and a diaper giveaway for families in need. Free child identification services for infants, children and adults will also be available, along with childcare services for potty-trained children up to 11 years old.
