Roasted Honey Brussels Sprouts
2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat oven 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place Brussels sprouts in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and stir.
Add salt and pepper. Place on baking sheet. Roast in oven 20-25 minutes. Drizzle balsamic vinegar and honey over the Brussels sprouts and serve warm. These are so tasty even my grandkids enjoy them.
