Moist Turkey Breast – Crockpot
5-pound turkey breast
1 medium onion
2 ribs celery, quartered
¼ cup melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 can chicken broth (14 ounces)
Spray crockpot with Pam Spray. Put onion, celery and turkey breast in crockpot. Pour butter over turkey. Sprinkle salt and pepper over turkey breast.
Pour broth around turkey breast. Cover. Cook on high four to six hours. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
