Turkey Cranberry Sliders

Cranberry sauce
Mozzarella cheese, shredded (or provolone, gouda or Havarti)
Gravy (enough to cover turkey pieces)
Butter (3 tablespoons, melted)
Sesame or poppy seeds, optional
Hawaiian rolls or plain bread rolls (12-roll package)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine turkey pieces and gravy in large pot on Stovetop. Bring to a boil.
Slice Hawaiian bread rolls in half and set in a parchment-lined baking dish. Evenly spread the turkey and gravy mixture over the top of the bottom half of rolls. Spread the cranberry sauce over the turkey mixture. Top with the mozzarella cheese.
With the top half of the buns, brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds, if desired. Bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven. Remove from oven and slice rolls into 12 mini sammies.
