Fresh Fruit Salad with Zesty Honey Lime Dressing
2 cups sliced strawberries
2 cups cubed cantaloupe
2 cups cubed pineapple
2 cups cubed honeydew
1 ½ cup blueberries
1 ½ cup grapes, halved
Dressing:
1/3 cup honey
1 ½ teaspoon lime zest
5 tablespoon lime juice
Mix dressing ingredients. Add fruit into a large bowl and pour dressing over the top and toss before serving. If you aren’t serving it right away, you can still have your fruit prepared and sealed in a bowl. I wouldn’t add the dressing until just before serving, though.
It does make a very large amount, so you may need to adjust the recipe accordingly. I hope you’ll give it a try and that you enjoy it as much as I do! The honey lime dressing is what makes it fantastic!
