Ursula’s Ultimate Egg Nog
Special Note: This is a very potent concoction!
12 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
2 quarts half and half
¾ cup cognac
1 cup white rum
1 cup peach brandy
nutmeg
1. Beat egg yolks and sugar until thick.
2. Add 2 quarts half and half
3. Ad cognac, rum and peach brandy
4. Beat egg whites until stiff with a mixer; add nutmeg to taste for flavor.
5. Fold into other ingredients and chill.
