Michael and Guinevere Winschel of Prairie du Rocher, Ill., announce the birth of their second child, Sarah Marie, 201⁄2 inches, 7 pounds, 10 ounces. She was born March 13 at St. Anthony’s Medical Center.
Elder child is Gabriel Riley, 5.

Brian and Angie Winschel of St. Louis announce the birth of their third child, Elizabeth Rose, 21 inches, 7 pounds, 4 ounces. She was born March 27 at Missouri Baptist Hospital.
Elder children include Caroline, 7, and Emma, 4.
Maternal grandparents are Albert and Sharon Unterreiner of Perryville.
Paternal grandparents are Glen and Margie Winschel of Perryville.
