The county Department of Parks and Recreation will offer a Whitetail Deer Walk at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 27, at Jefferson Barracks Park, Telegraph and Kingston roads.
Admission costs $3 per person and advance registration is suggested.
Participants will learn about the habits and habitats of the Northern Whitetail Deer followed by a 1½-mile walk through the park to observe the herd, according to a news release from the department.
