The county Department of Parks and Rec-reation will offer a Whitetail Deer Walk at 9 a.m. June 7 at Jefferson Barracks Park.
The cost is $3 per person and advance registration is suggested. Participants will learn about the habits and habitats of the Northern Whitetail Deer followed by a 1.5-mile walk through the park to observe the herd.
