John and Debbie Weltmer of St. Louis County and Wayne and Kathy Worthen of Granite City, Illinois, happily announce the engagement of their children, Megan Nicole and Christopher Wayne.
Ms. Weltmer is a special-education teacher for Coordinated Youth Services in Granite City. Mr. Worthen works for Bausch-Lomb in St. Louis as a medical instruments technician.
The couple will be married June 13, 2020, at The Falls Reception Center in Columbia, Illinois. An engagement party was held at the home of the bride’s grandparents attended by family and many friends.
