The city of Waterloo, Illinois is sponsoring a Military Heritage Day in honor of Illinois’ bicentennial this year from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, June 10, in downtown Waterloo. The city says to bring a lawn chair and enjoy live music, USO shows featuring Bob Hope, a military car show, World War II reenactors, great food and lots of fun to honor past and present military members.
