To the editor:
This is an open letter to Harvey Meyer and all who believe that the land where Wal-Mart stands was, at one time, a part of the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
I have a copy of a 1909 St. Louis County plat map that shows the property in question belonged to a J.C. Hoffmeister.
I would be willing to show this plat map to anyone who is interested.
