Becky Vassel, daughter of Margie and John Vassel of south county, and Brian Scarpace, son of Joan and Joe Scarpace of Florissant, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Vassel is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is employed by Enterprise Rent A Car in Clayton in the marketing/communication department.
Her fiance, Scarpace, is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is employed by Enterprise Rent A Car as a branch manager.
The couple plan an Aug. 6 wedding at Our Lady of Sorrows Church.
